AquaPool Direct delivers swimming pool products across the United Kingdom. All orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse.

Please note: Some bulky items (large filters, heat pumps, pallet quantities of chemicals) may require pallet delivery. Delivery costs for these items will be calculated at checkout or quoted on request.
Hazardous Goods
Certain pool chemicals are classified as hazardous goods and are subject to carriage restrictions. Where applicable, this will be noted on the product page and may affect delivery options and timescales. We comply fully with UK transport regulations for hazardous substances.
Delivery Areas
We deliver to all mainland UK postcodes. Delivery to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and other remote postcodes may incur additional charges and extended timescales. Please contact us before ordering if your delivery address is in one of these areas.
Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receipt.
Returning an Item
- Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and original packaging.
- Please contact us before returning any item to obtain a returns authorisation number.
- Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
- Refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days of receiving the returned goods.
- Chemicals and hazardous goods cannot be returned once opened, for health and safety reasons.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
