AquaPool Direct is a UK-registered business supplying swimming pool products, chemicals and equipment. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable.

2. Orders and Payment

Orders placed on this website constitute an offer to purchase goods. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Full payment is required at the time of ordering. We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

3. Pricing and VAT

All prices are shown in GBP. VAT is charged at the current UK rate where applicable and will be shown clearly at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Delivery

Delivery terms are set out in our Delivery and Returns page. We aim to dispatch all orders promptly but cannot guarantee delivery dates.

5. Returns and Refunds

Our returns policy is detailed in the Delivery and Returns section. Statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected by these terms.

6. Chemicals and Safety

Pool chemicals must be stored and used strictly in accordance with the manufacturer instructions and applicable UK safety regulations (COSHH). Always read the product label before use.
